Travelwithjess04 is seeking a dedicated Vacation Planner to join our remote team. You will craft customized itineraries based on client preferences and budgets, coordinating with suppliers to secure favorable rates.

In this full-time role, you will communicate with clients to understand their needs, assemble detailed itineraries, and stay informed on destinations and travel regulations to provide accurate guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel planning or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand vacation preferences, budget, and destinations.
• Research and recommend vacation packages, flights, accommodations, and activities based on client's needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best rates and deals for clients.
• Create detailed itineraries for clients, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and any special requests.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to provide clients with the most current and accurate information.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
