traveling-with-mchaila is seeking a detail oriented Vacation Planning Specialist to help clients organize memorable travel experiences, manage bookings, itineraries, and travel coordination remotely from the United States.

You will research destinations, coordinate bookings, organize transportation and accommodations, and maintain accurate client records while delivering excellent communication and service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to organize travel itineraries and bookings.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, scheduling, or administration preferred.
• Self-motivation and dependability.
