Responsibilities include recommending options based on client budgets, staying updated on deals, and handling bookings and documentation with excellent service from start to finish.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages).
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
• Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
