Professional Travel Hub, a rapidly growing travel agency, is hiring entry-level Travel Assistants to support our planning process. You will research options, assist with bookings, and communicate with clients remotely.

No prior experience is required; we provide full training. You’ll learn supplier systems, work with a supportive team, and enjoy travel perks and a flexible remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong interest in travel and helping people
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering travel options based on client preferences
• Help with booking hotels, cruises, flights, and packages
• Follow up with clients on details, confirmations, and updates
• Communicate with travel suppliers as needed
• Learn supplier systems and tools
• Participate in team meetings and supplier trainings
