Job summary

True Adventure Travel is seeking a Travel Planner to design and organize tailored itineraries for clients as a remote employee. You will collaborate with clients to understand preferences, budget, and needs, then craft detailed travel plans including flights, accommodations, and activities.

Responsibilities include researching destinations, maintaining excellent client communication, and staying current on travel trends and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and any special requests or requirements.

• Create detailed and personalized travel itineraries for clients, including flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and any other necessary arrangements.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after their trip.
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends, popular destinations, and any changes in travel regulations or requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and offerings.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during a client's trip.
