Job summary

Ventrone Ventures Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Agent to assist clients in planning and booking flights, hotels, transportation, and experiences. You will communicate via phone, email, and chat to offer recommendations, confirm bookings, and ensure a smooth travel process from start to finish.

This client-facing, service-driven role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and excited about travel, with the ability to work remotely from a dedicated home workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with online travel platforms and digital communication tools.
• High attention to detail and time management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• A reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Must be a US citizeen.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research and book travel arrangements including airfare, accommodations, car rentals, and activities
• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel restrictions, and requirements
• Maintain detailed records of itineraries, payments, and client communication
• Monitor bookings for changes, cancellations, or disruptions and assist clients accordingly
