Travelingwithmariah is seeking motivated individuals for a remote travel planning role. You will plan and coordinate client trips, research destinations, and build itineraries while working independently in a flexible schedule.

No prior travel industry experience is required, with training and ongoing guidance provided to learn systems and processes. You will consult with clients, review reservations, and communicate trip details, ensuring accuracy and high service quality.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, plans, and priorities
• Research destinations, lodging, cruises, transportation, excursions, and other travel services
• Compare available travel options and help clients identify arrangements that fit their requests
• Build and maintain organized trip itineraries
• Enter and review reservation information for accuracy
• Communicate with clients regarding trip details, questions, and requested changes
• Keep client and reservation records organized and up to date
• Research destinations and stay current on available travel products and supplier offerings
• Complete applicable training and become familiar with booking platforms and industry resources
