Job summary

Christi is seeking a Travel Client Services Coordinator to help clients research, plan, and coordinate their travel arrangements in a fully remote role. You will assist with researching options, booking accommodations, and maintaining client communications throughout the process.

No prior travel industry experience is required; comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow in a flexible, client‑facing role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service focused.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet access.
• Ability to learn new systems and booking resources.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and coordinating vacation options based on their preferences and budget
• Help arrange accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel services
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process
• Research destinations, resorts, cruise options, and available travel experiences
• Provide helpful recommendations based on individual client needs
• Maintain accurate reservation and client information
• Communicate with travel suppliers when necessary
• Stay informed about destinations, supplier offerings, promotions, and travel updates
• Provide professional and responsive client service before and after reservations are made
• Complete applicable travel and supplier training
