Christi is seeking a Travel Client Services Coordinator to research, plan, and coordinate clients' travel arrangements in a remote role. No prior travel industry experience is required, with training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service focused.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet access.
• Ability to learn new systems and booking resources.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and coordinating vacation options based on their preferences and budget.
• Help arrange accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel services.
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruise options, and available travel experiences.
• Provide helpful recommendations based on individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate reservation and client information.
• Communicate with travel suppliers when necessary.
• Stay informed about destinations, supplier offerings, promotions, and travel updates.
• Provide professional and responsive client service before and after reservations.
• Complete applicable travel and supplier training.
