Destination Knot is seeking a motivated Remote Customer Service Agent | Travel Booker to help clients research, plan, and book travel experiences. You will manage inquiries and support bookings for hotels, cruises, flights, and vacation packages while delivering excellent service.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours, ongoing training, access to supplier tools and travel perks, with performance-based earning potential as you build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using online booking platforms, email, and other digital tools.
• Passion for travel and eagerness to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older with a computer and reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in booking hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, and vacation packages.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of bookings, preferences, and client communications.
• Coordinate travel logistics and resolve any pre- or post-travel concerns.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination options, and supplier offerings.
• Deliver a high level of service to build long‑term client relationships and referrals.
