Host Agency Reviews, LLC is seeking a REMOTE Travel Planner to manage travel planning from initial client requests through final confirmation.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours (20-40+ hours/week), opportunities to coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities and itineraries, and room to grow in travel coordination and client support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel planning from initial client request through final confirmation

• Assist with booking tasks, confirmations, changes, and follow-ups
• Manage client preferences, reservation details, and itinerary information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Monitor outstanding details and ensure timely task completion
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates
• Use digital tools and systems to organize workflow and track multiple requests

About the Opportunity:

The REMOTE TRAVEL PLANNER role is designed to manage travel planning from initial client requests through to final confirmation. This position contributes by ensuring client trips are well-organized, preferences are accurately captured, and all travel elements are coordinated smoothly. The role supports client satisfaction and operational efficiency through effective communication and management of travel logistics.
