Job summary

Windstar Cruises seeks a remote, full-time Operations Lead to support voyage processing, guest communications, and bookings from home in Texas.

You will coordinate irregular operations, assist with manifesting and accounting tasks, mentor the Ops team, and help ensure KPIs are met while collaborating across departments.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and familiarity with AI-driven platforms; cruise reservations experience is a plus; occasional weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-starter with excellent task management skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered platforms (e.g., Copilot, CRM, automated workflows, data analysis tools) is a plus.
• Cruise or tour operations / reservations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks related to voyage processing, including calls, chats, emails, and SmartSheet.
• Coordinate irregular operations as the contact agent for TA/Guests.
• Assist with basic manifesting duties as assigned by the Documents & Manifests lead.
• Support basic reservations accounting, including contacting guests for open/past due balances.
• Handle overflow guest calls in the Call Center during peak times.
• Coordinate bookings from creation to completion to meet KPIs.
• Coach and mentor Ops team members and assist with onboarding new staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
