You will work with leading booking platforms to coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries, maintaining records and ensuring alignment with client budgets and preferences. This flexible remote role offers training and growth in travel planning and logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills essential for coordinating travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages.
• Assist clients with travel planning and provide destination recommendations.
• Manage booking details and ensure arrangements meet client preferences and budgets.
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of travel plans, confirmations, and client communications.
• Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after travel.
