Destination Careers is seeking motivated Travel Logistics Specialists to help clients organize travel arrangements and deliver outstanding customer service throughout planning.

You will work with leading booking platforms to coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring options align with client budgets and preferences. Remote work options are available along with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or logistics.
• Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, logistics, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages.
• Assist clients with travel planning and provide destination recommendations.
• Manage booking details and ensure travel arrangements meet client preferences and budgets.
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of travel plans, confirmations, and client communications.
• Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after travel.
• Stay informed on travel updates, promotions, and industry trends.
• Support clients with itinerary adjustments or travel-related questions as needed.
