Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Programmer Analyst to join our Implementation Team, supporting SilverLake and 20/20. You will transform customer data, debug code, and enhance base functionality to ensure smooth installations and optimal performance.

This remote position requires travel up to 50% to customer sites nationwide, with potential onsite onboarding and long hours during install windows. Ideal candidates have 18+ months of programming experience and familiarity with RPGLE, CLLE, and SQL in

Qualifications

18+ months of programming experience in any language
Willingness to travel 50% for software implementations (up to two trips per month)
Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends during installs

Responsibilities

Develops programming code for new and/or existing software enhancements.
Devises block diagrams, logic procedures and prepares flowcharting.
Troubleshoots and debugs existing code.
Tests code and fixes to ensure quality.
Develops conversion and system implementation plans; implements code and fixes into existing software.
Provides programming support for various interfaces.
Keeps customers informed of enhancements, troubleshooting and fixes; assists in improving process flow and business function.
Creates programming documentation; defines system and functional requirements.
