Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Programmer Analyst to support our Implementation Team, driving enhancements for SilverLake and 20/20 platforms and transforming customer data for seamless deployments across the country.

You will debug, extend functionality, and participate in on-site or remote installations while traveling up to half of your time. Our role blends hands-on coding with real-time impact on banking technology.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of programming experience gained through education or employment.
• Willingness to travel 50% for software implementations, typically up to two trips per month.
• Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends during installations.

Responsibilities

• Develops programming code for new and/or existing software enhancements.
• Devises block diagrams, logic procedures and prepares flowcharts.
• Troubleshoots and debugs existing code.
• Tests code and fixes to ensure quality.
• Develops conversion and system implementation plans; implements code and fixes into existing software.
• Provides programming support for various interfaces.
• Keeps customers informed of enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes; may assist in determining if system enhancements improve processes.
• Creates all programming documentation; may define system and functional requirements.
• May complete project bids and/or work effort estimates; interacts with customers to gather requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
