Job summary

UN Women seeks a travel services consultant to support the ESARO region from a home-based office, with periodic travel within the ESA region. The consultant will manage travel arrangements, process travel requests, and ensure compliance with UN Women policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in travel management, logistics and administration services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and non-staff, including quotes and bookings.
• Review travel requests and claims for compliance with policy and regulations.
• Maintain travel vendor profiles and records in ERP and travel systems.
• Prepare reports and data for corporate reporting on a regular basis.
• Support event logistics and ground transportation as required.
• Provide user support for travel applications and related systems.
