Job summary

UN Women ESARO seeks a consultant to manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including bookings, approvals, and documentation for staff and participants. The role requires coordinating with travel agents, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting regional meetings and events.

The consultant will work remotely from home with occasional travel within the ESA region, reporting to the Regional Procurement Specialist and delivering regular timesheets and activity reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel management and logistics for international organisations.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Understanding of procurement processes and travel policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage travel arrangements for staff and non-staff, liaising with travel agents.
• Process travel requests and claims in line with policy and regulations.
• Support procurement actions and PO/invoice processing for travel.
• Coordinate events, visas, tickets, and related documentation.
• Prepare travel reports and maintain travel records and databases.
