Dreams Travel CR is seeking an Online Travel Coordinator to help clients create unforgettable travel experiences. The coordinator will support clients from planning to their safe return, ensuring smooth and enjoyable journeys.

This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling along with training resources and travel perks. We're looking for individuals with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for travel, as well as good attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfort learning and using digital tools and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries via email, phone, and messaging.
• Assist clients with itinerary updates and travel questions.
• Provide information about destinations and travel requirements.
• Confirm trip details and follow up with clients before departure.
• Collect feedback and maintain communication post-travel.
• Resolve concerns with empathy and timely communication.
