Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Content & Sales Specialist to blend content creation skills with sales expertise, inspiring audiences and converting engagement into bookings for vacations, group trips, and collaborations.

You will craft engaging content across posts, emails, and landing pages, while guiding clients from interest to purchase and providing on-going support throughout their travel journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, sales, customer service, hospitality or travel is a plus, but zero experience welcomed.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to guide customers from interest to purchase.
• Organized and able to manage multiple content projects, campaigns, and client requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Be the creative force behind travel content that sells across social posts, reels, stories, emails, and landing pages.
• Talk with clients and followers about travel goals, guiding them to trips, packages, and experiences.
• Handle inquiries and provide timely, practical resolutions (booking changes, payments, itineraries).
• Sprinkle insider tips and destination highlights to showcase deals and experiences.
• Support clients from pre-trip inspiration to post-trip testimonials and follow-ups.
