You will use Sabre GDS to access low fares, exchange costs, and penalties, while expanding knowledge of the travel industry and supporting clients with international itineraries. This role offers flexible hours and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Travel agent experience required.
• Knowledge of travel policies, procedures, and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience with international travel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
• Understand and apply client travel policies.
• Fulfill requests respecting regulations.
• Provide information on fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Suggest improvements in processes and relationships with clients.
• Maintain knowledge of travel industries supported.
