Job summary

Roamarae Global Travel is seeking motivated individuals to join as Remote Travel Agents who will plan and book vacations including cruises and all-inclusive packages. The role is work-from-home, US-based preferred, with a flexible schedule.

You will communicate with clients, provide tailored recommendations, stay updated on deals, and manage bookings and payments while delivering exceptional service throughout the travel journey.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passion for travel is a plus.
• No prior experience required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages).
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
• Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
