Job summary

Roamarae Global Travel is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Agents who help clients plan and book vacations, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and customized itineraries from home.

This flexible, work-from-home role offers part-time or full-time options, ongoing training, and access to travel discounts. You will communicate with clients by phone, email, and online platforms, deliver excellent service, and manage bookings and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passion for travel is a plus.
• No prior experience required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages)
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
