Job summary

Magical Destinations Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Specialist to manage travel bookings and client requests across multiple channels with a focus on exceptional customer service. No experience required as training is provided and you will handle a variety of travel needs for business and leisure travelers.

You will be responsible for planning and executing travel sales, maintaining relationships with partners, and staying current on industry policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle bookings and client requests via multiple channels.
• Strong customer service and communication skills recommended.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan and execute travel sales across airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and tickets/events
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
• Work well in a group/team setting
• Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies
• Collect and enter data into our software and maintain client files
• Complete required certification within a timely manner
• Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
