Camirand Travel is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Sales Consultants. You will work with clients to plan and book cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, and vacation packages, delivering attentive service and personalized recommendations.

This is a remote, flexible-role with training and ongoing support. You will build relationships with new and returning clients, stay updated on travel offers, and continuously develop your travel industry knowledge

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable using a computer, email, and online booking tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.

Responsabilités

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and vacation goals.
• Research and recommend destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and vacation packages.
• Prepare customized travel quotes and itineraries.
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and returning clients.
• Stay informed about travel destinations, supplier promotions, and industry updates.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
