Job summary

Destinationswithdunn is seeking individuals with customer service and communication skills to assist clients with booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, theme park tickets and many other travel experiences. No prior travel industry experience required, and comprehensive training is provided to get you up to speed quickly.

This is 100% remote, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and ongoing support from a dedicated team to help you succeed in helping clients craft memorable trips.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and other travel arrangements.
• Research travel options based on client preferences and budgets.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the booking process.
• Stay informed about supplier promotions and special offers.
• Maintain accurate booking information and client records.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
