Responsibilities
- Assist clients with vacation research, travel options and itinerary coordination.
- Support reservations for flights, hotels, cruises and vacation packages.
- Communicate travel details professionally with clients and manage timelines.
- Review booking information for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized client records and documentation.
- Provide follow-up support before and after travel.
