Travel Navigator Co. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Travel Specialist to manage reservations for leisure travelers, ensuring accuracy, confirmation, and readiness for departure.

You will coordinate bookings for cruises, resorts, tours, transportation, and vacation packages while delivering excellent service. In a remote work setting, you will communicate with clients, verify details with suppliers, track payments, and support changes or issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, customer service, administration, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Careful attention to detail and accuracy when managing information.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and online communication tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage reservations for cruises, resorts, tours, transportation, and vacation packages.

• Respond to client questions by phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
• Assist with changes, updates, and issue resolution on existing bookings.
• Follow company procedures and support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
