Travel With Lani is seeking outgoing individuals for our Remote Vacations Consultant positions. You will book vacations for leisure and corporate clients worldwide from your home. This role suits travelers who enjoy helping others plan memorable trips.

Responsibilities include researching itineraries, budgeting, booking flights, hotels, activities, and maintaining strong client communication before and after travel. You will stay current on industry changes and complete ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in travel and planning itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Research, create, and execute travel itineraries for clients.
• Review client needs and preferences to tailor trips.
• Review budgets and plan trips accordingly.
• Book travel needs including flights, hotels, cars, cruises, tours and events.
• Communicate with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle client issues before, during, or after travel.
• Complete ongoing trainings to maintain certifications within the travel industry.
• Attend webinars with vendors to specialize destinations and travel types.
• Stay current on changes in the travel and tourism industry.
