You will respond to inquiries, manage support requests, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure every client has a smooth and positive experience.

You will respond across multiple channels, manage follow-ups promptly, and collaborate with the team to maintain high client satisfaction while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, customer service, or another client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Friendly, patient, and solutions-focused approach to client service.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Comfortable learning and using customer-support tools, booking platforms, and other technology.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, or a related industry is helpful but not required.
