Livetripexperience is seeking a meticulous Client Care Coordinator (Travel) to manage the logistical side of clients' travel experiences. This remote role ensures bookings, changes, and inquiries are handled with precision, while maintaining up-to-date itineraries and data.

As part of a remote team, you will coordinate between clients and travel providers, handle confirmations, cancellations, refunds, and provide clear guidance on travel regulations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with attention to dates, names, and travel requirements.
• Strong communicator who can explain travel information clearly.
• Self-motivated to work in a remote environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace and CRMs.

Responsibilities
