Responsibilities
- Research and coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel experiences
- Assist with reservation and booking details
- Review travel information for accuracy before confirming arrangements
- Communicate with clients regarding preferences, schedules, and booking requests
- Assist with changes, cancellations, and special arrangements
- Maintain accurate booking and client records
- Coordinate with travel suppliers and service providers as needed
- Keep clients informed of important reservation and itinerary updates
