Job summary

Destinationswithdunn is seeking candidates with strong communication and customer service skills to help clients plan and book vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, car rentals, theme park tickets, and other travel experiences. No travel industry experience is required!

You’ll coordinate remotely with clients, deliver excellent service throughout planning and booking, and maintain organized client records. This fully remote role offers flexibility, ongoing mentorship, training, and opportunities

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable working with computers, smartphones, and online platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
Professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Help clients arrange vacations, cruises, hotel stays, resorts, tours, and other travel experiences
Explore travel options that align with clients' preferences, needs, and budgets
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the planning and booking process and even after clients return
Keep up with supplier promotions, travel deals, and special offers
Keep client information and reservation records accurate and organized
Develop long-term client relationships by providing personalized service and support
