Destinationswithdunn is seeking individuals with strong customer service and communication skills to help clients plan and book vacations, cruises, hotels, and other travel experiences in a 100% remote role that offers flexible schedule options. No travel industry experience is required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities include arranging travel, comparing options, and maintaining client records while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable working with computers, smartphones, and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Help clients arrange vacations, cruises, hotel stays, resorts, tours, and other travel experiences.
• Explore travel options that align with clients' preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the planning and booking process.
• Keep up with supplier promotions, travel deals, and special offers.
• Keep client information and reservation records accurate and organized.
