You will use scheduling tools and CRM systems to maintain records and coordinate meetings, ensuring a smooth handoff to travel consultants. A self-motivated communicator with reliable internet is ideal.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
• Self-starter with strong time-management skills.
• Comfortable using scheduling software, email platforms, and CRM systems.
• Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or virtual assistance is a plus.
