Job summary
Roamarae Global Travel is seeking motivated individuals to join as Remote Travel Agents, helping clients plan and book vacations including cruises and all-inclusive experiences from a home-based setting.
You will provide personalized recommendations, stay updated on deals, and communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms, delivering excellent service before, during, and after travel. Training is provided; travel passion is a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Passion for travel is a plus.
- No prior experience required (training provided).
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages)
- Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
- Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
- Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
