Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a service mindset, comfortable navigating the internet, and able to work independently while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages)
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
