Trip Ignite invites a Remote Travel Professional to provide premier client service in the travel industry. You will assess needs, tailor marketing materials, and arrange bookings while building strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, Zoom, and Google Suite (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner with ability to operate various computer applications.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess travel needs, preferences, and budgets with clients.
• Customize marketing materials for social platforms, bulletin boards, and flyers.
• Recommend destinations based on weather, culture, activities, and visa requirements.
• Book travel arrangements, collect payments, and obtain documentation.
• Prepare all pre-departure itineraries and handle travel issues promptly.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors, clients, and tour operators.
