Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a remote Virtual Travel Agent to help members and nonmembers plan and book travel. You will leverage sales and consultative skills to recommend AAA-branded travel solutions, building lasting relationships from a home office.

In this remote role, you’ll use video calls to engage with clients, identify opportunities, and deliver exceptional service with personalized recommendations and seamless bookings while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years Travel Sales Experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales, retain existing members, and grow the book of business.
• Drive new business with competitive products and help retain AAA Members.
• Conduct business with clients primarily through video telephony (Teams/Zoom/Skype/Chatbot).
• Establish and grow mutually beneficial relationships with AAA Members to maximize the member experience and AAA benefits.
• Achieve assigned travel, membership, and credit card sales goals.
• Prepare complex/domestic and international travel packages and complete reservations.
