Job summary

Neara is looking for a full-time Staff Trauma Therapist to join its innovative team focused on PTSD and trauma care. This fully remote position emphasizes intensive patient care, requiring therapists to engage deeply with clients using evidence-based therapeutic methods.

The ideal candidate will hold a PhD or PsyD with clinical experience, or a master’s level degree in relevant fields. Comprehensive training and exceptional growth opportunities are offered through guidance from leading clinical experts.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license in NY, NJ, MA, or CA.
• Willingness to be cross-licensed in up to 10 states.
• Experience with moderate-to-high-risk patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient diagnostic evaluations and triage patients accordingly.
• Deliver high-fidelity Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD.
• Manage clinical risk and execute care escalations as necessary.

Education
