Responsibilities

• Meet agency profitability and production objectives by underwriting new commercial business, renewals, and endorsements.
• Evaluate exposures related to risks with mentoring support.
• Integrate underwriting processes within the Commercial Underwriter workflow.
• Analyze agency performance and book-of-business results for corrective actions.
• Support the Commercial Enterprise Division and Regional Sales Manager in achieving underwriting profit.
• Develop action plans and communicate them to agencies.
• Assist in setting written premium goals at agency and book levels.
• Promote product benefits to agencies through visits, calls, and mailings.
• Provide territory performance reports and leadership-ready plans.
