Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with load boards and TMS; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide drivers with updated instructions, addresses, and appointment times.
• Track ETAs, delays, breakdowns, and HOS considerations.
• Help drivers resolve road issues quickly and professionally.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments; track loads with real-time updates.
• Upload paperwork into the TMS and track detention, layover, and TONU opportunities.
• Send check calls and status updates; maintain relationships with shippers/brokers.
