Job summary

CareOregon, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Operations Coordinator to coordinate NEMT transportation operations and support vendor and partner activities. The role ensures program integrity, policy adherence, and effective communication across CCOs and internal teams.

Strong coordination, data handling, and healthcare familiarity are essential. The position offers a structured growth path within the transportation function, with emphasis on collaboration, data accuracy, and process improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative, coordination, or operational support roles.
• Experience in healthcare or social services for low-income individuals is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with vendors or other external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program data and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Interpret regulatory updates and contractual changes impacting operations.
• Develop and maintain policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Review NEMT encounter and claims data and coordinate remediation with vendors.
• Support scheduling, agenda creation, and note-taking for vendor/partner meetings.
• Provide technical support related to NEMT benefit education to internal teams and partners.
