RIDE CARE INC is seeking a Transport Driver for remote, full-time work with a flexible block schedule. You will drive clients to care facilities, serve as the company’s in-person representative, and coordinate with dispatchers and leadership to ensure timely transports.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• Excellent driving record.
• Experience in military, security, law enforcement or related field preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficient with data entry and basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive long- and short-distance trips and coordinate routes with dispatch.
• Collect and secure clients and belongings for transport.
• Log hours daily per policy and submit to Field Supervisor.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, and violations promptly.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance and refueling.
• Interact professionally with facility staff, clients, and families.
• Enter data into the Samsara system and maintain monthly reports.
• Collaborate with Directors and Field Supervisors to update contacts.
• Improve transport efficiency to stay under a 2-hour arrival target.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by leadership.
