Job summary

CorneaGen is seeking a Transplant Coordinator in a 100% remote role based in the U.S. This position supports night/weekend shifts within a 24/7 operation, with on-call responsibilities for referral screening and authorization.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in life science and strong teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills. Training will be provided; knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team and communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review donor records to determine tissue donor eligibility for transplant per standards and regulations.
• Support research and education, and participate in tissue management activities.
• Assist in referral coordination and eligibility determinations in alignment with EBAA Medical Standards and FDA regulations.
