Job summary

Aypa Power is seeking a Transmission Planning Engineer to support the analysis of transmission systems for BESS and renewable energy projects. You will perform powerflow studies, model transmission systems, and provide insights for project development and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with Powerflow analysis tools, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and strong communication skills. This position is remote, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience with Powerflow Software.
• Strong communication skills and organizational ability.
• Hands-on modeling experience in energy markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for BESS and Renewable projects.
• Perform powerflow analysis for new generation interconnections.
• Develop planning level cost estimates for interconnections.
• Prepare technical summaries and reports for the team.
