Job summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking Transfer Evaluation Agents for a part-time, remote role. You will evaluate transfer credits and academic records, ensuring policy compliance and accurate articulation while supporting the Admissions Office.

The position may require occasional on-site visits at the BYU-Pathway Worldwide headquarters in Salt Lake City. Eligible applicants reside in Utah or Idaho and are available 15–20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, within core hours 8:00

Responsibilities

• Transfer Evaluation Team members support the Admissions Office by evaluating incoming transfer credits and academic records, including transcript review and policy application, ensuring accurate articulation of coursework and FERPA compliance.
• Stay current on policy changes and standard procedures; participate in performance evaluations based on adherence to procedures.
• Participate in special projects and various administrative duties.
