Job summary

Indiana University Indianapolis is seeking a Transfer Articulation Coordinator to review transfer credit coursework and test/ exam credits using established guidelines to determine direct transfer equivalency coursework.

You will work with AP, IB, CLEP, DANTES credits, maintain records in core systems, and support enrollment management goals. This is a fully remote, full-time role with benefits and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain transfer credit and test credit records in core systems (AP/IB/CLEP/DANTES).
• Resolve routine transfer credit errors and student appeals.
• Escalate complex cases for policy clarification or exception approval.
• Support workload prioritization and documentation for enrollment management goals.
