Ethos is seeking experienced heads of transaction services to train its language model on professional presentation tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating and refining AI-generated presentations for QoE exhibits, diligence findings decks, and slide decks across core workflows.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in transaction services or FDD at a top advisory firm, with expert PowerPoint skills and keen attention to detail. Remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week; ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in transaction services / FDD at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4)
• Deep expertise in QoE exhibits, findings communication, and report production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows
• Develop QoE exhibits and databook slides for diligence reports
• Produce working capital analysis pages and red flag reports with high accuracy
• Ensure clear, concise written communication and precise visuals in every deck
