Job summary

GamCare is seeking a Training Lead for the Women’s Pathway on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2028. This home-based role covers nationwide UK travel to deliver CPD-accredited training and to build partnerships that raise awareness and access to support for women affected by gambling harms.

You will design and deliver engaging training for professionals, volunteers and community organisations, tailoring content to diverse learning needs and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant training qualification or have significant experience designing and delivering accredited or structured training programmes for varied audiences.
• Able to adapt approach to meet different learning and accessibility needs.
• Experience working with professionals and/or women's groups in community, health, social care or voluntary sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training and learning events to professionals, community groups and women.
• Develop and maintain partnerships to increase programme reach and impact.
• Adapt and improve training content using evidence, feedback and best practice.
• Manage a schedule of online and face-to-face training delivery.
• Support awareness raising, engagement and referral pathways across the Women's Pathway programme.
• Contribute to monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement activities.
